ACSL Member’s Pledge

The Australian College of Strata Lawyers (ACSL) is a self-governing association of practitioners which seeks the development of laws for the common good and to achieve the highest standard of good governance under those laws. As part of the College’s commitment to good governance, its members are asked to make a demonstrable commitment to integrity, by making an annual pledge.

Members that make the integrity pledge, receive a certificate from the College and will be entitled to use that certificate, for the membership year, as part of their practice; for example when seeking new work.  Members wishing to take the pledge must read and understand the pledge, and declare that they agree to comply with it, during the membership year. A copy of the pledge, in full, appears below.
